What's included in a booking?
Each booking includes menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, cooking, and kitchen cleanup. Your chef handles everything from start to finish so you can relax and enjoy.
How are chefs vetted?
Every chef on our platform undergoes a thorough vetting process including background checks, food safety certification verification, and a skills assessment. We also collect and display verified reviews from past clients.
What about food allergies?
All chefs on ChefMatch are trained to handle dietary restrictions and allergies. You can specify your requirements during booking, and your chef will plan a menu that's safe and delicious for everyone.
What's the cancellation policy?
You can cancel a booking up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, as the chef has already purchased groceries and prepared.
Is there a minimum booking?
There's no minimum number of bookings required. You can book a single session to try it out, or set up a recurring weekly schedule. Many customers start with a one-time dinner party before committing to regular meal prep.
